How my journey began

Jane has been offering both professional and clinical Supervision since completing Supervision training at the end of 2017. She has extensive experience providing Pastoral Supervision for those in pastoral roles, including ordained ministers, lay ministers, and chaplains.

Jane worked as a Senior Counsellor and Supervisor in the counselling team with Anglicare for ten years, prior to her recent retirement. She has developed significant experience supervising in both one on one, and group settings, and coordinated the ongoing professional development of Anglicare’s supervisors in ‘Supervision of Supervision.’

She was approved to offer counselling within the Clergy Assistance Program, supporting ordained ministers across the Anglican Diocese of Sydney, and has a strong awareness of the stressors particular to ministry life.

Since 2018, Jane has maintained a private practice offering Supervision to those in ministry or counselling roles. Jane is a trained Spiritual Director and also offers this ministry in her private practice. She has been offering Spiritual Direction since 2012.

Jane worked for 8 years as a Contact Person with the Office of the Director of Safe Ministry. She retired from that position at the end of 2025.

Jane is very familiar with providing  Pastoral Supervision for ministry across multiple settings, including ministry in parishes, schools, aged care facilities, and in the community. She uses a reflective model of supervision which provides supervisees with the opportunity to learn from their own experience, and to integrate their awareness with faith and life.

She is committed to the wellbeing and safety of those in ministry and those to whom they minister. She is committed to the honour, responsibility, and joy of ministering the life and love of Christ.

Jane worships with her church family at Austinmer Anglican Church where she is a grateful and committed member. Jane is married to David and they have two adult children and a daughter in law. She loves them all very dearly.
